Idea/Proof of Concept Stage
This stage ranges from pre-revenue to under $100,000 in annual sales. As both an exciting and frustrating part of the entrepreneurial journey, this is the time where marketing processes and business models are being constructed. We want to accelerate through this stage quickly and begin building our initial team.
Somewhere between $100,000 and $250,000 in annual sales is oftentimes where we begin to experience fatigue in wearing too many hats. This requires us to hire our first team members. At $250,000 or more in revenue, it is time to press the gas and accelerate your business to seven figures as quickly as possible.
